Stop Scrolling. Start Earning.

Earn your screen time.

LOCKEDIN blocks your brain rot apps until you've earned the right to use them. Every minute of exercise unlocks screen time. No mercy. No excuses. Just results.

You're on the list. We'll notify you when LOCKEDIN launches.

Be first to know when we launch. No spam, ever.

0.0 hours / day

That's how much the average person spends on their phone.

You know you're wasting time. You've tried screen time limits. You've tried "mindful" apps with breathing exercises. They don't work because they're too easy to dismiss.

LOCKEDIN is different. You can't negotiate with it. You can't snooze it. When you're out of time, you're locked out. The only way back in? Move your body.

Four steps to freedom

01

Pick your poison

Select the apps that steal your time. Instagram, TikTok, X. You know which ones.

02

Get your balance

You start with time in the bank based on your difficulty. Use it wisely. When you hit zero, you're locked out.

03

Workout to unlock

Any exercise tracked in Apple Health earns screen time. Run. Lift. Cycle. Your choice.

04

No way out

No snooze. No "5 more minutes." When you're out, you're out. Get moving or stay locked.

Hit zero? You're done.

When your balance hits zero, LOCKEDIN activates a hard block. No snooze button. No "just 5 more minutes." No workarounds. You're locked out until you earn your way back.

The only escape is exercise

Block your distractions

Choose exactly which apps to lock. Block social media. Block games. Block anything that steals your focus. You decide what's off-limits. LOCKEDIN enforces it.
